Returns

Return Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

How to Return:

  1. Email us at info@mosthighapparel.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 working days

Return Shipping:

  • Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for lost returns
